Upon purchase of a course, you will receive lifetime access to the course materials as they exist at the time of purchase and any future updates made to that course. Access is granted to the purchasing individual only and is non-transferable.
FHC Consulting reserves the right to update, amend, or discontinue course content at any time. Where a course is discontinued, reasonable notice will be given to enrolled students.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within the courses, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, written materials, graphics, logos, and course frameworks, is the intellectual property of FHC Consulting and Genevieve Stafford Jack and is protected under South African copyright law.

In the event of a duplicate purchase or a billing error, please contact us within 7 days and we will review the matter and process a refund where applicable.
